Can I ONLY use flavored lip balms on my lips?

Actually our flavored lip balms are multi-purpose! Try using them on hands or other dry spots. Just remember that products are for external use only!

Be sure to discontinue use if you develop any irritation — even the cleanest formulas can still contain ingredients that may irritate certain skin types.

Should my lip balm smell stronger?

You may notice that certain flavors smell stronger right out the gate — try rubbing your lip balm on your hand or inner arm first to "activate" it and help bring out the smell!

Are your products made in the USA?

They are! Products are manufactured and assembled in the United States, from ingredients sourced domestically and globally. Even all of our packaging is manufactured in the United States! Our offices are located in sunny Riverside, California!

Where do you guys source your ingredients from?

Our ingredients are ethically and sustainably-sourced from across the globe (including a few ingredients sourced here in the United States!)

Working with quality ingredients that aren't depleting our Earth further was a big priority when developing EXOH. We're not quite perfect, but we're striving to be really, really good.

Certain things were important to us, like working with candelilla wax rather than beeswax, and finding an ethically-sourced palm oil.

Are your products organic?

Our flavored lip balms are comprised of 80% organic ingredients! This includes organic olive, coconut, and jojoba oils, plus organic shea butter, palm oil (ethically-sourced!) and neem seed oil. Organic rosemary leaf extract adds an extra antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory beneift as well.

Only a handful of ingredients (specifically, our candelilla wax, rosehip seed oil, sunflower seed oil, and vitamin e), are not certified organic — yet!

Are your products vegan?

They sure are! We don't include beeswax in our lip balms, instead we opt for candelilla wax which is derived from cacti! Beeswax is a great ingredient, however we're not wild about the process used to harvest it — frankly, the bees are having a hard enough time, and we like those guys.

We also think the addition of candelilla wax makes our lip balms feel extra fab.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We're also certified by the Leaping Bunny organization! You can find us here.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes. Our products contain no added gluten, and no ingredients containing gluten. The vitamin e included in our flavored lip balms is gluten-free as well.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including the non-contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. - Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

- All orders $25.00 or more ship FREE!

- Orders up to $24.99 are a flat-rate of $4.95 (orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands are a flat-rate of $9.95).

U.S. - Express Shipping (2 Business Days)

- Flat-rate of $14.95 for all orders.

- Not available to delivery addresses in the non-contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In most cases, you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days.

Typically, orders placed before 12PM PST on a weekday ship same day!

How long does shipping take?

U.S. - Standard Shipping and FREE SHIPPING: Typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-8 business days for shipping to non-contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

U.S. - Express Shipping: Typically takes 2 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email (and a text message if requested!) including tracking information.

That tracking number provided will typically update within about 24 hours.

Can I cancel or change my order?

The short answer — probably not. We get the ball rolling to package and ship as fast as possible once your order is placed. There is a chance that we can help with a correction if we address it within the first 1-2 hours of placing that order! If I don't like a product that I purchased, can I return it?

Our biggest goal is to ensure that you feel completely thrilled with your purchase. Full stop.

Help! I received the wrong item or a damaged item!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
